Caltrans closes stretch of Twentynine Palms Highway between Lupine and Mojave Avenue

A stretch of Twentynine Palms Highway in the City of Twentynine Palms is down to one lane Friday morning (August 29).

CalTrans is conducting emergency work on the state highway as they work to repair damage from this week’s storms.

Eastbound and westbound traffic is down to one lane between Lupine Avenue and Mojave Avenue.

Caltrans says as of 6:00 a.m. today that there is no estimated reopening time.
