Online tip leads to arrest of Yucca Valley man for possession of child sexual abuse material
A Yucca Valley man was arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material after law enforcement received an online tip. On June 11, Detective Holguin from the San Bernardino County’s Specialized Investigations Division – Crime Against Children Details received a tip about the upload of child sexual abuse material. The tip came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Dowland Ernest Christian Lee, 37, was identified as the suspect. On Tuesday (8/4) investigators served a warrant in the 8000 block of Cholla Avenue in Yucca Valley where they found child sexual abuse images on Lee’s electronic devices. Detectives arrested Dowland Ernest Christian Lee where he was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail for Possession of Child Pornography. He was released on August 8th on $30,000 bail.
