Tickets available for October’s Night Sky Festival at Sky’s the Limit Observatory
Sky’s The Limit Observatory & Nature Center and Joshua Tree National Park Association announced the 11th Annual Night Sky Festival. The JTNPA calls the annual tradition a weekend dedicated to the awe-inspiring night skies of the Mojave Desert. The event will be held the weekend of October 9 and 10 at the Sky’s The Limit Observatory & Nature Center, 9697 Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms.
The family-friendly weekend features constellation tours, telescope clinics, hands-on science activities, inspiring lectures from NASA scientists, a family Space Camp, glow-themed events, and unforgettable stargazing experiences. Festival proceeds benefit the two local nonprofit organizations.
