Notice of Public Hearing: Lovemore Ranch Adoption of Mitigated Negative Declaration

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, will conduct a public hearing to consider:

Proposal: Set aside and vacate all actions and approvals related to the Lovemore Ranch project taken on April 8, 2025, and reconsider Tentative Tract Map No. 20443 to subdivide an 18.49-acre parcel (APN: 0602-361-04) into 64 single-family residential lots, ranging from approximately 7,200 to 13,068 square feet, and two (2) lettered lots totaling 2.75 acres located at 61650 Alta Loma Dr., Joshua Tree, CA 92252.

Project PROJ-2021-00169. Date filed: April 14, 2022.

Applicant: Lovemore Investments, LLC

Environmental Determination: Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration will be considered for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act.

Time and Place of Hearing: 10:00 a.m. or thereafter, in the Chamber of the Board of Supervisors, County Government Center, 385 North Arrowhead Avenue, First Floor, San Bernardino, CA.

Hearing Participation: All interested persons may be present and be heard. Due to time constraints and the number of persons wishing to speak, time restrictions may be placed on oral testimony at the public hearing. You may wish to make your comments in writing to ensure that you are able to express yourself adequately. Information regarding providing comments to the Board of Supervisors during the meeting remotely by telephone is available at https://publiccomment.sbcounty.gov.

If you challenge any decision regarding the above proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
