Yucca Valley man arrested for suspected rape and sexual assault of a teenager
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department received a report that Danny Large, 45, had sexually assaulted a teenaged minor. The Sheriff’s Department said that the victim was a family acquaintance of Large.
On Friday, October 10, at 4:25 a.m. deputies served an arrest warrant at Large’s home in the 7100 block of Sage Avenue in Yucca Valley. He was taken into custody without incident.
The Sheriff’s Department declined to provide additional information, saying that their investigation is ongoing. They declined to say whether Large is under investigation for assaulting additional victims.
Danny Large was arrested for investigation into charges related to the rape and sexual assault of a minor, and is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $250,000 bail.
