Yucca Valley man arrested for allegedly pepper spraying neighbor and two children

A Yucca Valley man was arrested on suspicion of using pepper spray on several people during a fight with his neighbor, including two children.
On Sunday night (July 13) at around 8:49 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a commotion outside of a home near the intersection of Pimlico Street and Hilton Avenue in Yucca Valley. A witness told Sheriff’s dispatch that there was an argument between neighbors. When deputies arrived they say that during the argument 31 year-old Anthony Nelson used pepper spray on several people including two children. Medical personnel responded to the scene to treat the victims. Nelson complained of pain to his shoulder, and was taken to a hospital for treatment before he was booked into jail.
Anthony Nelson of Yucca Valley was arrested for investigation into assault with a chemical and was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail. He has since been released on bail.
