
Vegetation fire in Yucca Valley quickly extinguished by County and BLM Fire crews
A vegetation fire burned in Yucca Valley Thursday night.
At around 8:00 p.m., San Bernardino County Fire Crews and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) responded to a report of a vegetation fire in the area of Cholla Avenue and Golden Bee Drive in Yucca Valley.
County Fire described the fire as a one acre blaze on a slope with a moderate rate of spread. The fire burned across one acre and was extinguished by 9:00 p.m. No injuries were reported.
