Twentynine Palms Planning Commission agenda: Co-op gardens, animals per property and study sessions

A study session will be held for four separate items. Last meeting the Commission came to a consensus that a smog check facility was not an auto repair shop and could fall under the Drive thru sales services/non food category. City staff is asking for confirmation of this consensus.

A discussion on temporary use permits follows and the Commission is being asked to  elaborate on what qualifies as an “event”.

The commission was in agreement at the last meeting and is being asked to confirm that the number of animals per property should be affected by acreage and not the zoning of an area.

Confirmation is being sought from the Commission regarding allowing co-op gardens in any land use district throughout the City.

Located at 6136 Adobe road in Twentynine Palms, the meeting is on Tuesday November 4th and begins at 5:00 p.m.
