Morongo Valley’s Coyote Cone hosts free movie night tonight (8/21)

Morongo Valley’s Coyote Cone continues to host their free Friday Community Nights tonight (8/21) with a screening of a secret family friendly film. Reporter Gabriel Hart has the scoop...

With past Friday summer nights focused on games and even a pie eating contest, Coyote Cone will be screening a surprise family friendly film tonight, with their coyote mascot “Scoops” handing out free popcorn.

Start gathering at 7:00 p.m. in the Coyote Cone parking lot, grab your ice cream treat, coffee, or popcorn, and secure your spot for the film beginning at 8:00 p.m. Bring your own chair and dress for nighttime weather in the low-90s.

The event is free and open to the public at Coyote Cone, located off Hwy 62 next to Dillon’s Roadhouse in Morongo Valley.
