We have limited information about a Twentynine Palms man who was arrested Wednesday, accused of spouse abuse. Deputies went to the 73900 block of 29 Palms Highway in Twentynine Palms about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. After an investigation, Joseph Rhodes, 52, was arrested on suspicion of spouse abuse. Joseph Rhodes was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
