Share your opinion to guide the design of Freedom Plaza mural in Twentynine Palms
Groundwork Arts and Joshua Tree Living Arts, in partnership with the City of Twentynine Palms and Morongo Unified School District, are calling on residents to complete a short community survey that will directly guide the design of a mural planned for Freedom Plaza in Twentynine Palms.
An online survey invites residents to share what matters most — from meaningful symbols and local landmarks to desert plants, animals, colors, and stories that reflect the identity of the community.
This community-driven mural is led by a team of experienced local artists and made possible through funding from the California Arts Council Impact Projects Grant, the California Arts Council Youth & Arts Grant, Groundwork Arts, Joshua Tree Living Arts, and the City of Twentynine Palms.
The survey takes less than two minutes to complete and will remain open through April 12. You can visit groundworkarts.com to find the survey, or use a link in this story at Z1077fm.com
