Pioneertown Zoning Overlay Project holding community workshop today (11/18)
San Bernardino County’s Land Use Services Department is hosting an in-person workshop to discuss the Pioneertown Overlay Zone today from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at The Soundstage on Mane Street in Pioneertown.
The county says they are gathering public input from residents and business owners to help shape the design and development standards tailored to Pioneertown – including ideas for preserving its historic character, improving traffic and town infrastructure, and support for community events and programming.
The Pioneertown Historic Man Street Overlay is a project put forth by Ben and Jenny Loescher. You can read about the proposed historic overlay zone which creates specific rules for development and commercial businesses at pioneertown1946.org
