MUSD to discuss Senior Survey and Resident Teacher Program at tonight’s meeting

Rescheduled due to Veteran’s Day last week, The Morongo Unified School District Board of Trustees will hold their regular meeting tonight (November 18) at Joshua Tree Elementary.

For the meeting’s agenda, Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education Amy Woods will introduce College and Career Advisors Jollie Kelley and Donna Weller with a presentation on Senior Survey results for the 2025-26 school year. Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Stacy Smalling will give an update on the Resident Teacher Program. 

There will be updates to the MUSD Governance Handbook and Personal Recommendations for Certificated and Classified Personnel. 

The Board is requested to approve a Memorandum of Understanding for a new job description for Community School Liaison and IT Infrastructure Technician.

Finally, there will be Reports on Board of Trustees Payments, Board Purchase Orders, and Payroll Summary.

The meeting starts at 4:30 at Joshua Tree Elementary School located at 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
