A Joshua Tree convicted felon was arrested Wednesday (September 8) accused of being in possession of a firearm. According to Sheriff’s reports, Deputies conducted a probation compliance check on Lyann Miller, 23, in the 62700 block of Wagon Wheel Road in Joshua Tree. Deputies located firearms during a search of the location. As a convicted felon, Miller is forbidden from owning guns or ammunition. Lyann Miller was arrested for investigation of probation violation, driving under the influence of drugs, and on a felony no-bail warrant for transporting or selling methamphetamine. She was booked into the West Valley Detention Center where she is being held without bail.
