International Festival joins AMP 29 Palms Music Series in Twentynine Palms tonight (4/11)

The International Festival returns to Twentynine Palms this weekend, coinciding with the City’s new ongoing live music series.

Freedom Plaza transforms into the hi-desert’s most exciting evening of the spring with the return of the 2026 International Festival. An annual event presented by Twentynine Palms High School and the City of Twentynine Palms, the International Festival features student performers from high school clubs that celebrate cultural heritage. Students will perform music and dance celebrating Filipino, Vietnamese, African American, Korean, and Polynesian cultures.

This year’s International Festival coincides with the Levitt AMP 29 Palms Music Series. Featuring free performances from local and visiting artists, our local students will be followed by a free outdoor performance from LA-based MAUMAUMAU known for left-of-center Mexican rock sound. The show will open with Berklee-trained singer, songwriter, and dancer Stewart Taylor.

This completely free event begins Saturday night (April 11) at 5:00 p.m. at Freedom Plaza in Twentynine Palms.
