START SMART is a new driver’s education course offered to teens and their parents by the California Highway Patrol. In an effort to prepare young drivers to navigate our roads responsibly, CHP is offering START SMART, a new drivers education class for young drivers and their parents free of charge. Last week, The Board of Supervisors announced new actions to combat the growing issue ofcatalytic converter theft in San Bernardino County.
