Yucca Valley Planning Commission discusses land development, Conditional Use Permits, and Site Plan Review Permits at tonight’s meeting (6/9)

For the meeting’s agenda, there will be a land development update with discussions on capital projects and anticipated schedules.

There will be a policy discussion on Extensions and Timelines for Conditional Use Permits (CUP) and Site Plan Review Permits (SPR), where staff will seek Commission input regarding whether previous extensions remain appropriate, whether alternative extension periods or limitations should be considered, and whether additional circumstances or findings should be incorporated into a future ordinance amendment. 

The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center’s Yucca Room. Open to the public with opportunity for public comment.
