There will be a distribution of free surplus food in Wonder Valley on Wednesday, February 26. The food distribution starts at 11 a.m. and lasts until the food runs out. Wonder Valley residents self-certify on site. The food distribution is “shopping style” where residents take what they need. The distribution will be held at the Wonder Valley Community Center on Amboy Road, next to the fire station. The mobile medical unit from Hi-Desert Medical Center will not be in Wonder Valley in February or March.
