A vehicle had to be towed away after it caught on fire at a gas station in Twentynine Palms Monday morning. According to Fire Captain Matt Helmkamp, a vehicle was having mechanical problems about 10:30 a.m., and the driver pulled into the rear of the FasTrip gas station in the 4900 block of Adobe Road.
