TWENTYNINE PALMS TRACK AND FIELD SPLITS TRIPLE DUAL

The Twentynine Palms High School track and field traveled to Desert High School to face the Golden Eagles and Coachella Valley in a Desert Valley Triple Dual. The boys’ varsity fell to Coachella Valley 79-47 but beat Desert Hot Springs 66-59. The girls defeated Desert Hot Springs 91-19, but lost a nail-biter to Coachella 64-57. 

Coach Ronda Lockett-Morton said Mallory Hutchinson was the top scorer of the day, scoring 24 points with four first-place finishes, a second, and a third.

Jonathan Carson led the team with 30 points with six first place finishes.
