TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ARRESTED FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A WEEK

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday for the second time in a week. Deputies went to the 7300 block of North Star in Twentynine Palms about 12:15 a.m. Sunday morning with a search warrant. Deputies saw a .22-caliber handgun in plain view on a table inside the home. Also at the home was Jared Glover, 38. Glover had been arrested January 3 for allegedly setting a Jeep on fire at a home in Landers. Jared Glover was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm in violation of his bail terms; and on warrants for assault and brandishing a firearm. Glover was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $275,000.
