TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN ACCUSED OF POSSESSION OF HEROIN

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday (July 25) accused of transporting heroin for sale. According to Sheriff’s reports, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Larrea Ave. and La Buena Tierra Ave. in Twentynine Palms for a broken license plate light. Deputies determined the driver, Brandon Blaul, 32, had a $10,000 warrant for being in possession of a controlled substance. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located suspected fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine. Blaul reportedly admitted to deputies that he was headed to a hotel in Twentynine Palms to sell the drugs. Brandon Blaul was arrested for his warrant and for investigation of transporting heroin for sale and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
