Twentynine Palms Ladycats Volleyball Sweeps Banning

The Twentynine Palms Ladycats volleyball team hosted the Broncos from Banning last night and it was a clean sweep for the Ladycats.

In Junior Varsity action, the Ladycats won 25-8 and 25-5.
Liyah Pride served up 8 ace serves.
Anisa Youso served up 2 ace serves and had 1 kill.
Amarah Banerjee had 2 kills for the night.
Kayla-Mae Salaguinto held the back row down.
The Ladycats Varsity team won 25-15, 25-9, and 25-19.
Junior Kyla Palpallatoc led the team in kills with 13, had 5 ace serves and 4 assists for the night.
Sophomore Jenica Silvas led the team in ace serves with 8, had 2 kills and 16 assists.
Senior Zemira Mosqueda played outstanding defense all night and had 4 kills for the cats.

The Ladycats are now 7-4 in league and head to Coachella Valley tomorrow to take on the undefeated Arabs.
