Twentynine Palms Lady Wildcats Softball score victory over Cathedral City on Wednesday (2/19)

The Twentynine Palms Lady Wildcats softball team traveled to Cathedral City Wednesday afternoon (February 19) and came away with a 4 to 0 win. 

Jenica Silvas pitched 3 shutout innings and struck out 8 batters.

Anisa Youso pitched 4 shutout innings and struck out 5 batters.

Jenica Silvas went 2 for 4  with a walk and scored 2 runs.

Mariah Coriaarmenta went 2 for 4 and scored a run.

Addaliade Simmons went 2 for 3 with a walk and scored a run.

Jada Lampkin laid down 2 punts that lead to scoring runs.

Tui Young caught all 7 innings  and got hit by a pitch.

The Lady Wildcats improved their record to 2-0 and will travel to Palm Springs for a 4 game tournament.
