It is also open the second and fourth Wednesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The free USDA surplus food give-aways are on Tuesdays, following the third Monday of the month, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Each bag of food receives cereal, pasta, rice, canned meat, fruit, ramen, mac and cheese, peanut butter, bread, soup, rice or beans, and eggs. The food pantry is located at 6450 Stardune Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
