The Transition Joshua Tree’s Local Food Program invites the community to join its “50 Shades of Salad” event on Sunday, May 20, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., a festive vegetarian dinner, vegetable distribution and food revolution. This fundraiser and food demonstration will be held at 6213 East Parkway in Joshua Tree. This is a no-waste event, so guests are asked to bring their own plates and utensils.
