The Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of the annual gourd festival competition. Pat Estes’ gourd, “Spirit of the Season” was named best in Show and Best in Theme. Julianne Bruley’s “Adrift” was won the Spirit of America award. Angela Rainstar’s “Pony Horse Oil Lamp” was the Spirit of the West award. Kimberly Balch won the kids’ competition.
