The 75th Annual Grubstake Days continues in Yucca Valley

The community celebration will include a number of family friendly events and activities, including a carnival, live music, food, drink, and the Grubstake Days specialties that only happen in Yucca Valley.

Thursday (May 21) features the Grubstake Days Kick-off Dinner and Dance at the Yucca Valley Community Center. Expect a full BBQ dinner from the Yucca Valley Elks Lodge, line dancing and Live Music from the Sterling Silver Band.

On Friday, the Golf Tournament is happening at Hawk’s Landing Golf Course, and the carnival officially opens to the public.

Grubstake Days organizers announced the festivity’s Grand Marshalls for 2026. 

Tracer Rader, a longtime local, volunteer and community presence, was named Grand Marshall for Grubstakes. The Business Grand Marshall was announced as Las Palmas Authentic Mexican Cuisine. Radar will lead the annual Grubstake Days Parade, beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday (May 23) at the Yucca Valley Park and Ride on Twentynine Palms Highway at Kickapoo Trail. It will head east on Yucca Trail to end at Pioneertown Road.
