Does your child want to be a “Little Pioneer?” The Little Pioneers pageant, part of the Pioneer Days event in Twentynine Palms, is now accepting applications.
Boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 6 years-old will be asked to dress in frontier-inspired costumes, briefly interviewed, and invited to showcase a talent if they so choose. Each contestant will receive a certificate and a prize, and will be invited to ride in the Pioneer Day Parade.
The Little Pioneers pageant is presented by the Twentynine Palms Rotary Club and will be held on October 12 at 5 p.m. at Patriotic Hall at Luckie Park in Twentynine Palms. The entry fee is $10 and you can find a link to the sign up in this story at z1077fm.com
