Property values have been steadily increasing in San Bernardino County in the last few years. The County Assessor says the average increase in unincorporated parts of the county is 6.1 percent from last year. In Yucca Valley, the town’s properties, which are valued at nearly $1.6 billion, increased 4 percent from last year. And properties in the city of Twentynine Palms increased 1.3 percent from last year.
