A 40-hour closure of both lanes on westbound Route 60 and one lane on eastbound Route 60 will take place through 8 p.m. Sunday to allow crews to remove large rocks from a hillside along the highway. This closure is needed for the safety of crews and motorists in the project area. Expect significant delays, allow extra travel time, and avoid the area by using the I-10 as an alternate route.
