“Poetry & Prose Under the Blue Moon” tonight (5/30) at Sky’s the Limit Observatory

“Poetry & Prose Under the Blue Moon” is described as an immersive outdoor literary gathering taking place tonight at Sky’s the Limit Observatory and presented as part of their Full Moon Cultural Program.

The event will feature contributors to P.O. Box Outer Space, the acclaimed zine series co-edited by novelist Jardine Libaire. Described as a collection of “open letters to the beyond,” the zine explores cosmic, existential, and deeply personal themes through poetry, fiction, visual art, and experimental storytelling.

We got a lot of zine activity lately. The evening also serves as an early preview of the Twentynine Palms Book Festival’s growing editorial focus on Stargazing Literature — a literary movement inspired by astronomy, the night sky, and the creative energy of the Mojave Desert.

That’s happening tonight Saturday, May 30 | 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM Doors Open at 6:30 PM
