Man with warrants arrested for suspected battery and vandalism after hotel fracas in Twentynine Palms

A man was arrested at a Twentynine Palms hotel for battery, indecent exposure, and two outstanding warrants.

On Friday (November 14) at around 4:38 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a hotel in the 72500 block of Twentynine Palms Highway in Twentynine Palms for a report of a fight in a hotel room. 

Deputies say that Damien Sanchez, a 41 year-old resident of East Llano, was in an argument with a female victim. The Sheriff’s Department says he pushed the victim, broke a window in the room, exposed his genitals and then urinated from the second floor onto the ground below.

Deputies took Sanchez into custody. The victim did not sustain serious injury.

Damien Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of battery, indecent exposure, vandalism and two outstanding warrants.
