Mahjong at the Yucca Valley Desert Willow Senior Center begins Wednesday (7/29)
Are you keen to learn how to play Mahjong? Come on down to the Desert Willow Center for Seniors at 12:00 noon on Wednesday (July 29) and discover the fun of the ancient tile game.
Seasoned players will be there demonstrating how to play the game. Whether you are picking up tiles for the very first time… or brushing up on your strategy, our players are ready to teach you anything and everything you need to know in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Based on turnout and interest, the Desert Willow Center for Seniors hopes to make Mahjong a regular program. If you can’t make it but would still like to be counted, give the Senior Center a call at (760) 853-0208 to share your interest. And don’t be shy, we’d love to hear your ideas for future programs, too.
