Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency Solo Fellowship welcomes Tim Greenspan, a multimedia artist, radio producer, reporter, and writer from Oakland, California. Greenspan has worked as a producer at NPR, where he helped launch the TED Radio Hour. During his residency, Greenspan will develop a radio show called Bellwether, a program that will report about the world as seen through the lens of what it might become, reporting true stories from the present into fictional, possible near futures.
