A new public art installation is opening today in Yucca Valley.
“Infinite Connection,” a large metal work from sculptor Gubby Beck will be celebrated with a ribbon cutting. Installed in front of the Yucca Valley Branch Library, Beck’s piece is part of the Town of Yucca Valley’s Temporary Art Installation component of the Public Art Program.
Beck, a local sculptor, makes large and small scale pieces from hand bent metal.
The Town is hosting a ribbon cutting event today (May 8) at 6:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Library location. All are welcome to attend.
