Last night the Morongo Basin Healthcare District Board of Directors held their regular meeting to review real estate holdings and monthly financials. Reporter Eric Knabe has the details…
The meeting began with a report on the Master Plan for The Morongo Basin Healthcare District’s Real Estate Holdings which includes the Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms clinic sites but also the La Contenta Business Center. After reviewing the plan, Board Treasurer Joe Sullivan commented, “What we have here is good inventory. Based on this report, we should have a closed session discussion, particularly about the undeveloped properties and report back to the community what decisions were made.”
In the August financial report, the district’s operational revenue was 11 percent over budget, for $29,614.
And finally CEO Jackie Combs announced that after a lot of hard work, the Morongo Basin Healthcare District has been accredited by the Association of California Healthcare Districts.
