The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program has appointments available through May 17 to help low-income residents with their tax returns. Appointments are in San Bernardino, or residents can schedule an online appointment. Residents must have an annual income of $57,000 or less to qualify for free tax preparation services.
