Jersey Mike’s Subs, on board the Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, will be donating 200 subway sandwiches to those in need Sunday as part of the chain’s “Pay It Forward” campaign. The free sandwiches and a drink will be passed out at Bill Jones Car Wash, 73751 29 Palms Highway, behind the Mobil gas station, starting at noon until the food runs out. The food give-away is made possible through a collaborative effort with Helping Hands of Twentynine Palms.
