The Humanitarian Emergency Lifeline Project (HELP) will hold a drive-thru food giveaway tomorrow (July 28) in Flamingo Heights. The distribution begins at 9:30 a.m. and will continue until the food is gone. The giveaway will be held at the Flamingo Heights Community Center, 55977 Perris Street.
