A distribution of free food will be held Wednesday, October 7, at the Wonder Valley Community Center on Amboy Road. The distribution, which is for Wonder Valley residents only, begins at 11 a.m. and continues until the food is gone. Wonder Valley residents may pick up one bag of groceries for a neighbor. Participants must fill out a form for the 29 Palms Community Food Pantry and Outreach Ministries. Masks are required, and residents must stay in their vehicles.
