FELON FOUND WITH A LOADED GUN IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

A convicted felon was arrested Monday in Twentynine Palms when authorities found him with a loaded gun. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies Multiple Enforcement Team made a probation compliance check on the home of Christopher Harris, 45, in the 7700 block of Mariposa Trail in Twentynine Palms and found a loaded .22-caliber pistol. Harris has been convicted of forgery of vehicle registration, possession of a controlled substance. Christopher Harris was arrested for investigation of being a felon in possession of a firearm, booked into West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
