“Bucket of Screams” DIY Halloween class this Thursday (10/15) at Hi-Desert Artists

A local art gallery is holding a pot painting class.

Everyone is invited to turn your own cartoon character design into a one-of-a-kind painted plant pot!

Over two hands-on sessions, participants will explore cartoon drawing, contour lines, exaggeration, and simplifying designs before transferring their artwork onto a plant pot. You’ll learn stencil techniques, spray painting, highlights, and finishing touches to create a unique piece to take home.

The class will be held Oct. 15 and Oct 22, from 5 to 7 p.m. The cost is $45 and includes materials. The class will be held at the Hi-Desert Artists Gallery, 55635 29 Palms Hwy.
