CHP Offers Safe Driving Course for Young Drivers

START SMART is a new driver’s education course offered to teens and their parents by the California Highway Patrol. In an effort to prepare young drivers to navigate our roads responsibly, CHP is offering START SMART, a new drivers education class for young drivers and their parents free of charge. Last night’s MUSD Board meeting started a little different, where instead of kicking off with the Pledge of Allegiance right away, Board President Cathy Nelson started by honoring Mr. Michael Johnson with a speech and a Certificate of Appreciation.
