Applications for the 2023 Elks National Foundation (ENF) Most Valuable Student (MVS) Contest are now open. The application deadline is November 14, 2022.The Elks National Foundation (ENF) awards 500 four-year scholarships based on academics, leadership, and financial need. MVCSD Board Settles Year-Long Potential Litigation in Closed Session

Last night (October 3rd) the MVCSD Board held a special closed session online meeting to settle a year-long potential litigation regarding a fire department personnel issue. After Board members discussed in private for approximately 20 minutes, Board President Christina Gorke signaled the district’s legal counsel Mr. Kennedy to give the report. He said, “Board gave direction to staff, no further action was taken,” before the meeting was adjourned.
