The event is sponsored by the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council’s Art in Public Places program and by the Joshua Tree Friends of the Library. The Arts Council’s mission includes inspiring the community through the arts and making it readily accessible. The Artist Talk is free to the public, and light refreshments will be served.
