American Red Cross holding emergency prep and shelter training class this Saturday (11/8)

Do you know what to do in an emergency? Do you know how you can best help your neighbors in an emergency?

The Red Cross wants to show you what to do. They will be holding shelter simulation training courses on Saturday (November 8). The courses will introduce ways to open and operate a shelter during a disaster, and show you what shelter workers need to know to be successful during an emergency.

There is an introductory morning class beginning at 8:00 a.m., followed by a shelter simulation and intermediate class at 1:00 p.m.
