Come dance to a variety of Latin and internationally-inspired rhythms with official Zumba instructors as you help AVID students on the path to college. The Twentynine Palms Junior High School AVID club Zumbathon will help raise money to pay for school fieldtrips and other expenses. The event will be held from 9 to11 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, in the multi-purpose room of Twentynine Palms Junior High School, 5798 Utah Trail. The event is open to the public and a donation of $5 per-person is suggested. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
