Z107.7 News nominated for two stories at 75th Annual Golden Mike Awards

Z107.7 was honored at the 75th Golden Mike Awards, put on by the Radio and Television News Association to celebrate excellence in broadcast news.

Z107.7 was nominated for Best Weekend News Cast, anchored and edited by Online News Editor Robert Haydon. He was also nominated for his coverage of the first mobile record clearing event put on by the San Bernardino County’s Public Defenders office. Heather Clisby was nominated for her coverage of the proposed Ofland development being considered for the Indian Cove neighborhood in Twentynine Palms.

Although Z107.7 did not bring home any awards, it is an honor for our small news team to be nominated alongside major Southern California news organizations.
