The Yucca Valley Senior Center will be celebrating Veterans’ Day and honoring local veterans on Tuesday (November 9) by hosting a lunch and music program from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Veterans age 55 and older are invited to enjoy a free lunch and entertainment at the Yucca Valley Senior Center located at 57088 Twentynine Palms Highway, in the Yucca Valley Community Center complex. Festivities begin with a Presentation of Colors at 10:30 a.m., followed by lunch service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Music and dancing will follow through 1:30 p.m. A Veterans Affairs representative will also be in attendance to help answer questions and make appointments for VA Benefits Assistance.
